These 2 ingredient banana oatmeal cookies are yummy breakfast cookies. They don't include any flour or refined sugarbut they still taste like soft, sweet cookies.

Bananas and fast oats are all you need for the cookies. If you want some variation, you may add chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.


I came across two ingredient banana cookies lately, though they've been popular on the web for a couple of decades. I tested out a few versions before creating a version I actually like, which I'm sharing with you today.

1 cup quick oats

1 large overripe banana, mashed into a liquid-like consistency

1/2 cup chocolate chips or other add-ins of your choice (optional)
